To be clear, I haven't received a citation on over six years (and that was cleared by Def. Driving Course). The only ticket I have gotten since 2009 was this ticket on March 7, 2015. I was trying to get the prosecutor to see that I haven't received any other citations in over six years other than this March 2015 ticket. Oh yeah; the prosecutor brought up to me in April 2015 (my 2nd Pre-Trial) that she pulled up a 2009 citation that was still in her system, even though I took Def. Driving to clear it. That is why I mentioned it in the email to her this morning. Figured she would not try and use that against me.
But I will only answer what is asked going forward.
