tenant was paying week to week and rent was due on friday and he never returned and on the following wed. he decided to go back to jail and finiish his sentance for one year.I was told I was not allowed to get rid of his stuff,sell or throw it away?
Seems rather dumb that you'd have to send a notice to the prison where this fellow now resides but you don't want him to come back later and claim that these items that you tossed out without notifying him were suddenly extremely valuable antiques.
