Read your previous post . They were within their legal right to request a drug test. Yes, they may have violated their own policy but did not break any laws as far as I can tell from your post. You can check Mississippi Department of Labor website to see if there is any refernces as to what a former employer can or cannot disclose. You won't have "record" criminally as no charges were pressed. I am very sorry for your troubles but it doesn't seem you have any legal recourse. Maybe your supervisor you mentioned who was outraged by your treatment will write you an outstanding letter of recommendation and has some contacts wih similar companies where he can intercede on your behalf and where you may be able to find employment.
