Please help I am being harrased by collection co. for a debt that was discharged by the Sally Mae & USA Funds in 2000 the school I attended was not accredited an now 8yrs later these people are tring to collect. My question is if I signed a contract with the understanding that this school was accredited and it was not can I be held libable
