Tn DCS Violated every law regarding Child Removal PLease help

No,certainly not.maybee the most recent posts are still out there,my reply in the beginning was meant for multiple posts.i will stand by and hope for some to come forward.
 
Is there an Attorney that is not afraid of DCS/CPS and the Great State of Tennessee

I have read through this blog, I have been on both sides of the fence per se ; as a foster parent and fighting for the protection of my own child; I am ready to stand up and fight for the Children of Tennessee. DCS/CPS and the Juvenile Justice system is corrupt!!!! I have recordings, paperwork "a rock solid case" .... I have already proved DCS negligent on my own and if I have to I will file suit against everyone involved and fight with everything I have in me to keep my child safe and the other children that are not able to fight this injustice.

I know this is an older blog.... maybe we can get it started back up

If anyone reads this and is not scared to stand up and fight for Justice for our children please, I repeat please contact me, I am ready to go public all the way to Washington if need be!!!

timetostand,I also am wiliing to sue them for what dcs did to me. You and I have a better chance in a class action suit,we would need one more party to make four claimants.I can help you if your willing.It is great to hear from someone that is willing to stand against them,please reply!

How about you start a conversation in the PM's. That will take care of two issues; it will keep the thread quiet so it won't confuse new posters, and it will also allow the two of you to exchange contact ID's (if you wish to do so) with some privacy.

I don't want to keep you from communicating with each other if you're both interested, but someone else's thread is not really the best place to do it. :)
 
yes we need to stand up for our children and to the bulling of dcs and there "associates" it is a rachect and ive been thru a lot and going thru it again for the 3rd time im the good parent , ive done what they wanted and stilll get harrassed by them but they wont take care of what they really need to take care of im ready to stand up for the "the little people" the children.

need to work on getting the laws of dcs changed f or the right reasons not so they can make up there own "laws " anymore the ones that really suffer is the children

yes whAT do we need to do to get rid of dcs for good cant even get my family settled down wanting to help so no other child DOES NOT have to go thru this as well as the parent . and every time they come to the house they find that the allegations are false they keep bringing up other stuff that has happen in the past when case is suppose to b closed.
 
Legal Question

Is it legal for DCS to know that there is sexual abuse to a three year old yet leave them in that situation until further investigation? This child has already been through a forensic interview and named the perpetrator? Shouldn't there at least be some kind of supervised visitation?

It is legal for DCS to leave a child in the home situation until there is actual proof of abuse. DCS doesn't "know" that there is sexual abuse until such abuse is actually proven/documented.

isn't a forensic interview proof enough if a young child tells of the abuse in the interview and names the person?
 
If there have been past issues of fitness, it's only natural that they'll be looked at again if there's a current concern.

No, it is often not proof enough. Without physical evidence, and only the testimony of a very young child, it's obviously difficult.
 
TN DCS is Evil to the core!!!

I have had the same thing happen to me. My five month old and my two year old were sent to ohio to live with their father because DCS was called after my five month old daughter was put in the hospital for "failure to thrive" which turned out to be a genetic disorder after they placed her with her father. My daughter is now two and I am going through hell just trying to see her.
 
I have a few...Who can/should be held responsible? Could it be the doctor for not giving her the right diagnoses or DCS for removal without valid reason? Could I lump them in together? I have her test results and letters from specialists saying it was a genetic issue that her old DR did not look into but I don't know where to start to get the ball rolling. Also does anyone know of a good trial attorney in the Knoxville area? Everyone in the town I live in is scared to take this on (good ol Decatur, TN)
 
I have almost every document of my child being in and out of custody. ( sent there under the care of his father ). We had joint custody and he was there for his time of custody at the time this happened. DCS is the most crooked government organization to retrieve money that there is. The excuse for them locking up my 13 year old son at the time ( who is now 20 years old ), quoted by the judge " I'm not letting another thirteen year old slip through the cracks " The same year a bus driver got shot by a thirteen year old" , Not my son of course. He had been hit by his dad and decided to fight back and his dad called the police on him. His dad wanted full custody of the children ( we settled on Joint ) so that he would not have to pay any child support. He found out that parenting was more than just collecting a child support check and anything that was not easy he decided to let someone else take care of it. My son who is now 20 years old can tell you the environment , the circumstances and the TRUTH of all the occurrences that put him in and out of custody from the time he was 13 to the age of 18 years old. It is not something I would wish on my worst enemy. I the mother ( never done any parental wrongs ) was made to take test to make sure I was a good parent because the father then decided he did not want our son with him at all. The sole responsibility was then left to me to deal with the DCS organization after he had set the ball rolling. I fought for years. At first it was to be 4 weeks.... then a year, then he got out on a trial home visit ( on medication the STATE felt he needed) , with visits twice a week to my home and to his school, I can wrote a book on the torture my family ensued from this nightmare. Long story short.... I ( a nurse ) took my son off this medication against the DCS's advisement. I complained of his education that he was receiving, i filed appeals , My son was even hurt during one placement by two staff members and the other children there reported it not even my son. The staff members were removed from their jobs. At the age of 17 My son realized that this was about money and trust me they got child support to the maximum degree possible from my check and his fathers. The amount of money that DCS made from me was thousands of dollars.. I still provided his clothing and shower supplies and all of his needs except food and shelter. The amt of money I paid them and their father could have bought my child a very good college education. My son and I talked of parental rights. It was to the point of I was driving 2 hours to visit him in some facility. I was working and paying child support through my wages. I was literally ( with 3 other children ) eating ramen noodles. He and I had decided enough is enough and he knew I loved him so in order to make them stop getting money( and money is what it was all about) I would give up my rights if they were to place him yet again. It never came to that at the end but both I and my son knew I loved him and he loved me and there was nothing they could do to keep us from remaining in contact and all of a sudden when I told them what I and my son had decided....The threats of foster care and custody and child support just stopped...a DISCHARGE plan was made a final court date after a trial home visit was made and it was finally over. This was not even about him needing help, It was not about my parenting skills, IT WAS ABOUT HOW MUCH FUNDING and MONEY they could get,. They tried again one day with my younger two ( one time) My son was home and not causing any problems what so ever. The knocked on my door asking if they could talk. I asked if they had a court order and what reason, they said complaints because my son was home that my younger two children were in danger. I told both of them with my boxer dog barking at them on a leash in my hand as they feared for their insignificant lives you will not search my home and or enter it without a court order in your hand. They asked me to put my dog away. I replied politely, No and smiled. They said they would be back and they never returned . :D Do not let them set foot in your house without a court order. Do not sign or agree to anything without a lawyer. Once you do you are trapped and you have NO say so of your childs life until they say you can say anything. End of story. Tennessee is a crooked state with a crooked DCS system.
