John i saround 60 year old had USA visa and never overused it , but in 2020 due to covid he has to stay here in the USA and during that period was diagnosed with cancer , got treated here on a charity and also applied for extension as it was still risky with worse health condistion to fly back . Treatment was done still waited for extension approval but didnt come , has to go back to country so fled back, the extension came after that and showed valid to stay there till the date he took flight back home . after 2 years thought of travelling to US again , but they didnt let him board the flight saying visa was revoked , came thru canada-us on the border they said he has to apply with the consulate again. went back to country applied visa after one year they asked for the bill payments receipts , submitted them , and canceled the visa. Tried applying again they canceled with sayong no attach grounds to the home country . although he travels alot , to his one son in australia where he stays for one year or moreand then back to country and to his second son in USA who just got his greencard. another point is he is retired and gets govenment retirement in india and enjoying his retired life . How we can wor with this case to get the tourist visa . Also there was immigration greencard application applied for him thru spouse sibling but spouce died before the application got open , so US consulate rejected that application also
