Property Invasion, Damages, Trespass Trespassing

There is a person that keeps coming back to a property who has been trespassed. They have gone to jail before for violating the trespass, but recently they have come back to the property. They need to be removed, but I do not want to press charges on the trespassing and have them go back to jail, and I would prefer for them to be taken to a mental facility as they are showing signs of being not mentally well or sound. I don't know how to go about that though. Property is in Florida.

Friend, acquaintance, tenant, or?

Is there something like Adult Protective Services or Adult Social Services that you can call?

If not, then you probably have no choice but to call the police.
