Feb 7, 2014 #2 E ElleMD Well-Known Member FOIA only applies to certain public records. You mention a case. If you mean a legal case of some sort, your lawyer can issue a subpeona if there is justification to do so. Otherwise, you aren't legally entitled to those records.
