A sheriff delivered and summons from a lawyer for the cc co to my house, I did not answer or go to court, what will they do next?

What's a cc co? Some kind of plaintiff? I'm guessing someone you owe money to is suing you to collect it. If you don't go to court, they will collect a default judgment against you and commence collection proceedings - garnish your wages, accounts, etc.

I am unemployed and have moved out of town, will te sheriff come looking for me? What happens if I get stopped by the police, will they have a warrent for me?
