My thread was never about what I wanted to do. I was only asking if it was illegal. My guess is that if I did decide to press charges..very little would happen anyway...if anything.

True. At this point you could not prove anything ever happened anyway... Assuming the cameras have been removed.
My opinion.. No... Not illegal under these circumstances.
