My phone don't ring, I just keep getting voice mail every single day for weeks and weeks from an automated call.

Is this legal?

It's legal until you identify the caller and send them a cease and desist letter in accordance with the FDCPA (google it).

A quick googling reveals it's from Synchrony Bank. Do you owe money? If you do, you can get the dunning to stop by paying up.

Probably something along the lines of "We are trying to reach <Mr. XYZ> about an important business matter. If this is <Mr. XYZ>" press 1" or, "We are calling due to an important business matter. Please call back at xxx-xxx-xxxx".

Of course, I'm guessing
