Went on Maturnity Leave

I work at a VFW post and I went on maturnity leave so they got the cook to fill my place but then they hired someone else as the cook. How can I get my job back. They only have 3 people working there.

You can ask them to rehire you.

But, they don't have to rehire you.

Your best might be to seek employment elsewhere.

They don't have enough employees to be covered by normal FMLA or many other laws.

If they only have 3 employees, they are too small to be subject to the FMLA, and may or may not be subject to the PA discrimination laws. Click on the third document here.
