If you are actually filing a lawsuit as opposed to an appeal through the WC Commission, let your attorney handle this. There is no hard and fast rule that anything that is part of a UC case automatically allowe dor prohibited as evidence in another type of case. I would not expect a decision from UC to be binding to the WCC. Reading between the lines on your posts, being awarded UC has exactly nothing to do with whether or not you were terminated legally following a WC claim.
