You should definitely consult with a lawyer...you shouldn't ever feel like your wasting an attorneys time, if you feel any of your rights were violated, then express those points...and hopefully everything will work out for the best.

Ya, there are a ton of these facebook scams...especially those that highjack accounts of people on your friends list....Ive seen cases where "Friends/family" would request a money transfer to a specific address from family and it turns out that their profile was hacked into.

I'm pretty sure we can sue for anything in the United States...the question is, do you have a case & if you can win....Muggsyi lays out the basic questions to ask yourself pretty well. :)

hmm, more than likely if someone is caught with store items that are purposely concealed with the intention of walking out of the store with them for "Free" then, yes this still is deemed as a shoplifting attempt...
