Yep just thinking tonight I going to sell some stuff. Tomorrow at 1 pm meet with advocate to fill out main portion of restraining order then they submit to DA then hopefully by Thursday he get served. Also thinking when I go before judge that I don't want to stay here. Just away from family so it make him break his lease. Lol and I COLLECT my 2,500 month then get me rental 100 miles away. I be boxing up rest of house and split He is already fucked standing before judge with 2 DV on his record so bet I get to decide if I stay in house or collect and go rent some where else. Thank god So just 2 more days till he get his surprise at the office. I got most valuable thing in the house and OMG OMG OMG.LOL. I dying to tell y'all but cannot spill the beans just yet. have to be in private. But bet I might be one up on y'all. Lol.

So at TEMP orders day will he ask judge for his personal belonging and then they escort him out here ? If he comes here he could notice I sold some stuff ? Will I get into trouble selling stuff ? At courthouse waiting to file protection order against him I noticed on line that divorce has been filed and that he has switched attorneys. But on line it says original petition filed. Then there are 2 separate citations filed. There is no where to actually click on it and read co tents. SO WHY 2 citations.

So Friday at 8 pm he is kicked out ( he been gone anyway ). He can come get personal belonging but has to be escorted by a sheriff so rest of my community property is SAFE!!!

I called county DA office and they provided me with Women In Need office and walk in, fill out paperwork, come back next day and meet with legal person who fills in the legal language. Then they type it up. Next day you meet her at DA office and notarized it and then see judge for one minute and then they say he getting served and walk out with your formal document. So anyone who reads this call your County DA office and ask how to get a protective order.

Thanks again for your help. And forgot to tell you that I did find a lawyer to take my case and file cross file to get paid!! Hell yea. I just stayed on phone all day for several days, leaving messages, telling receptionist my situation. And actually found 2 so I had a CHOICE. lol. While at Women in Need office I asked them who they would choose between the 2. All of them said Mr ----.

Wow there are good people on earth willing to sacrifice their time to help others like myself !! I came here with a blank slate in legal options and now I figured out a way to get out of this chaos with y'all help (had to change my profile name to hide just in case. Lol)

Found credit cards that he opened up and my name is not on them. He lets his daughter use the credit card. So now what ? Am I responsible for half that debt ?
