Talking about my protection order KICK OUT It states he must vacate premises Friday at 8 pm and he must have sheriff here to escort him to get his personal belongings. I called them today and he has not made an appt yet and I asked if he could take community property and he said NO. Only gets clothes shoes etc. don't live in dallas county. Rockwall county

Funny you said that cause I took pics of the questionnaire he filled out with his first attorney and he lied to his attorney LOL fact 3 lies on the questionnaire. Now looking on line I see he has switched Attorney Lol. Just bet they kicked him out. But on that questionnaire that you sign for Guest Gray Attorney it says that if you make any negative comments on any social media site then they will sue you!! I would never use an attorney that says that. If you get shitty service etc cannot even give a bad review !! But I can spread the news cause I am not a client. Written in small language at bottom of the page so BET most people don't even read it. But when I sign something. Hell no I am reading every word and if I don't understand I ask questions. Also it states you must hold yourself in the upmost professional manner. So guess that part got him kicked out lol.

So insecure, world hates him, he hates himself, he losing memory, cannot get erection, irritable and his thoughts are just not there. He may be in early altztimers!! But it's lost cause cause he knows all. But yea I could look at it and figure it out. I am smart woman. But I rather be day trading then filling out divorce forms. Messed around and missed DRYS this week. Could made killing. Ride her up. Sell . Short then cover. Made money both ways. Lol.

Sometimes a server will use "tack and serve", meaning the papers are somehow affixed to the outside (usually the front door) of the premise where it is believed you last resided.
On other occasions the server flat out lies about serving you, because her/his word is better than your word.

To protect yourself, I'd make sure I appeared.

If you fail to appear, the deadbeat appears and wins by default.

Looking at website again. There is no return of citation so courts know I have not been served with the divorce or the TEMP orders So what will judge do if he see I have not even been served divorce papers yet. In reality how am I suppose to know that he even filed ? Only reason I know is because I know how to look up stuff on each county website. At least that is how I handle situations similar to yours.

Wrote all bills down etc Let track of everything. But military different. But what would you tell man who cut me off financially ? So both hearings are Monday dec 12. Still have not gotten a cent from him. It my attorney going to say my disability check is going to pay legal fees so we be asking for money for all bills, and living expenses. So I thinking I drag this out make him give me a free place to stay for year. Lol. And principal on the house goes down ALSO we be asking my stuff be returned now. NOT AT THE END OF DIVORCE cause then I woukd have to file civil suit at the end to get my stuff. So we getting my stuff returned NOW. yes I have proof I paid out if my separate account. So I own both Tv and most all furniture. Lol. He gets his bedroom suite but ITS MY MATTRESS. LOL. HIS CHINA BUFFET. Who cares I don't give a rats ass about a china cabinet. So guess he need to buy mattress, tv couch etc. OMG cant wait till he gets phone call saying load that shit up and take it to the bitch. He living on 3rdfloor. Lol.
