Well I haven't had my initial screening yet, I have a don't get accepted for benefits than I will try to find a lawyer who will take my case. I have to get through the screening first.

There is no reason that you can't use an attorney to file your "initial" application. In fact, you may be shooting yourself in the foot by not doing so.

I had my phone interview this past Monday. For some reason though they said the were only filing for SSI and not SSDI.
