No, never been. Though I've driven past it in trips to Eastern AZ. It's about 2 1/2 hrs from Phoenix.

4 years ago a movie theater near me was razed and replaced by 278 luxury apartments. More traffic, more water use. New apartment buildings going up all over the valley.
