TimeShare Property Maintenance Fees

My jurisdiction is: Florida

Finanically I'm not able to maintain raising maintenance/tax fees. There is no mortgage. The company would not except it back nor resale. I have not been able to sale. Nor sucessful in donating it to charity. What legal recourse do I have? I need legal advice & someone to handle my situation. I need a permanent solution, without further cost to me.

It can be difficult to get rid of an unwanted timeshare. You can try to donate it at giftsforacause.org. Also check eBay - see what other sellers are doing, and list it no-reserve.
