what is the job of the barrister? What do they do in the court proceedings? I am apperently only allowed to see the barrister once, for 2 hours which I have had done but did not like it at all. This was to "prepare" for a PCMH (where you plea guilty/not guilty) however the barrister did not go...

I got hold of the advanced disclosure papers. Even though it was read to me by the solicitor, and I couldn't believe everything i was in complete shock, distress and tears. Anyway, a month later or so I got the papers and was reading through them yesterday when I got them. man. such lies...
